Performance Capacity Development is the Regional Representative and supplier (sales & distribution) of Belbin’s team role assessment and job profiling online account system to corporate and private HR consultants in South Africa and Africa. We also provide technical support, accreditation training and a bureau service.
Beatrix Brink is a Consulting Psychologist, PhD (Psychology) Stellenbosch University, registered with the HPCSA (PS0068853 Research) and is the owner, managing director and lead Psychologist at the company. She is a member of PsySSA and has 22 years experience in psychometric assessments, career counseling, training & development and HR business consulting.
Performance Capacity Development incorporates in its service offering the skills of consultants in career assessment, training & development and business process analysis & improvement.
